USBGF Rules Reboot - proposal - public comment welcome

In Response To: USBGF Rules Reboot - proposal - public comment welcome (Rich Munitz)

My opinion is coaching should be allowed otherwise too hard to control and punish when is broken. In tennis federation tries to make now some rules and allow coaching only in certain moments but it doesn't work well at the moment, no real punishment when the rule is broken, just a warning. You can't give a point penalty in bg I think for this, is too much.
