In Response To: USBGF Rules Reboot - proposal - public comment welcome (Seth)

Most tournaments make announcements about cell phones being off during play. It's recognized that some calls must be taken, but players are asked to leave the room before answering. Not everyone complies. I've run players out of the room as both a director and a player.

From the latest revision of the USBGF rules:
Use of personal electronic devices is restricted to recording or clocking the match, scorekeeping, noise cancelling, and music-listening purposes.
