In bridge tournaments there are follow things, which are nobody forbid or even discuss:

1. Players discuss their bidding, opening lead, declaring play, defending etc. after each game directly after game is finished. 2. The players received ALL descriptions with full hands of all boards they played in session 1 during a dinner break to session 2 and can discuss everything what they want including their tactic and strategy for next session, because all results of session 1 were published and known.

In real BG-event nobody can really forbid discussing during the break as well as by dinner (supposedly only in final matches), that's why it have to be allowed.
