How to get a random number

Something that "feels" random is not necessarily random.

Some interesting facts: - The human brain is not capable of generating random numbers - Computers are not capable of generating random numbers - The only way to electronically generate a random result is if the input is random. No matter how complicated or convoluted your mathematical formula may be, if the original input is not random, the result will not be truly random. Random.org uses atmospheric noise as the input, so the result can be said to be random. - Most dice roll generators are pseudo random. This is because their original input is not random.
