Meaning that the Captain is playing with Autos or "Juiced" cubes but the crew isn't?

I'm inclined to rule that the "Must take the Captain if you take any cubes at the Captain's value" rule would take precedence over keeping track of whether it's the same cubing instance. But I would consider arguments the other way too.
