How to include far trailer's recube vig into his TP calc?

A check for examples from my original post:

6-a/11-a.
Leader doubles to 2.

Trailer's deadcube TP would be 4/16.9 = 23.7%.
Leader's TP for recube would be 10.5/37.6 = 27.9%. Vig gives 27.9/72.1 x 0.6 = 23.2% more chances.
This pushes trailer's real TP to 23.7% * 100/123.2 = 19.2%
In practice, it's about 19.3%.

3-a/9-a.
Leader doubles to 2.

Trailer's deadcube TP would be 4.2/18.2 = 23.1%.
Leader's TP for recube would be 11.4/35.2 = 32.4%. Vig gives 32.4/67.6 x 0.6 = 28.8% more chances.
This pushes trailer's real TP to 23.1% * 100/128.8 = 17.9%
In practice, it's about 17.6%.

Seems great, although it's a lot of math and values to remember during OTB calculation. Hope my mind can keep focus for all of this :)
