I don't think your 20.3% down to in practice 19.3% is correct at -6 -11. 20.3% is the fully live number meaning he would redouble 100% of the times. The TP cannot get below that, no matter what.

The recube vig just tells you how close you can be to the fully Live TP. In this particular case of having TPDead 27.53% and TPLive 20.30%, the higher the recube vig the closer you are to the 20.3%. With standard recube vig the TP is actually 22.16%
