Correction for 6-a/11-a and 5-a/11-a scores.

Leader doubles to 2.
Trailer's deadcube TP would be 5.1/18.6 = 27.4%.
Leader's TP for recube would be 10.5/37.6 = 27.9%.
Vig gives 27.9/72.1 x 0.6 = 23.2% more chances.
This pushes trailer's real TP to 27.4% x 100/123.2 = 22.2%.
In practice, it's about 22.4% (see below).
