Fast Dice Pickup

I think Petko would have to make it an issue. If my opponent does this, I try several things, 1) slide the dice to my side off the board, Fake hitting the clock, or very slowly hit the clock. Do these a few times early on and/or say something. When saying something doesn't work, then get an official. But it all starts with Petko having a problem with it. They were both playing very fast for a match of that magnitude.
