Yes, I get that part. It was your comment about Open and Advanced using different rules that threw me.

Like I said, if this set of rules is not accepted, I expect there will be at least 4 distinct sets of rules in use in 2018, with all of the options you mentioned in play for each of them. No question in my mind which vote will lead to more consistency.
