Unified International Ruleset

Many people are saying we need a unified international ruleset...I agree, but a necessary prerequisite to that is to create an international backgammon federation to govern all the national bodies (i.e. FIDE for chess).

I think the BG community should first spend energy there....unified ruleset will naturally follow.
