I assume it includes the webpage? You took a loss, so I guess that would be a fair deal, correct? That would give me the ABT points also, yes? I mean, the organization derived zero value from it, so you of course want to unload it.

No, Tom was generous, as he always has been with the organization. The fact that you would characterize him as anything else because of some shit you read speaks volumes. Oh, and I would like the minutes of the meeting that ended the USBGF relationship with p40. I mean, you have at least that transparency, right? I have had conversations all day with directors, members, board members, and other backgammon players. So yes, let's break up the monopoly of the USBGF having the ABT as well. Maybe then tournament directors won't feel the sword of Damocles coming down in the next few days. Let me know who I write the check to.
