Prediction on rules vote

You may be right that some who vote have not read the rules. But the alternative explanation to why they might vote yes is that they are willing to support any rule set developed jointly and supported by both the USBGF and Tournament Directors with input from the players.

Four ABT directors so far have already stated their intent to use these rules in 2017 if ratified, even though they are under no obligation to do so. Some of them had stated they would not have used the 2016 USBGF rules.
