As usual, excellent read Karen. I also have much praise and applaud the efforts, I really do. However, just to jump on the Carter assessment, I have some things of note here:

1. Finish the damn rules, execute. (they may already be, I'm not tracking)
2. Focus on moving these attendance numbers upwards dramatically.
3. Channel some of this energy that has been spent on rules into (as Carter said) Marketing, general improvements
4. I suggest creating a volunteer board to handle game aesthetics in the future, and allow the USBGF to focus on promotion, and federalization, the important things.

Otherwise, I do want to reiterate: Thanks to all the USBGF for their work, I appreciate it, and applaud it.
