Judging from your questions it's clear you haven't read the readme file that goes with it.

Everything is explained in every detail and there's also a link to GNU documentation explaining how it's done based on the Janowski formulae/ideas/theory/model whatever. It's a very complicated procedure that can only be done by computers. Try to do just one manually and it might take you the whole day...

Similarly I haven't used Kleinmann or Matsusek or any other similar formulae. What I used was this:

EQUATIONS FOR RACES.pdf Very simple and handy and usually accurate enough.

However make sure you read the conditions in how to use them. At this position it's clear you should deduct something from X's Raw pip count. If you can estimate the EPCs you may use those values directly though.
