That's correct. And that's what the bots do at 0-ply evaluation level (and most probably at n-ply evaluation level too). The bots themselves do include the market loss analysis in the percentages they present. If you are doing your own evaluation you should do the same as well.
Consider this example: An unlimited game with typical gammonless DP 70%, cashPoint 80%. You evaluate you are currently at 66% having 25% market losers and you wonder whether to Double. Those market losers are rolls that would turn your 66% to >80%, say 85%. The other 75% of the rolls would just turn you back to your original 66%. If you do the average that's 66*.75+85*.25= woops about 71%--> a marginal Double. That's the logical basis behind the market losers "theory" after all.
The bot however will never distinguish between the 66% and the 85%. It will just present your average GWC as 71% hence a D/T and that's it.
