Bill you may not agree with the way it was written, but I am sure that you are in the vast minority of people that thought the statement meant 81% of the total membership population voted for approval. The chances of more than 33% of members voting on something like this are practically nil. It should be obvious what I meant and while it may have been a semantical failure with you, I do not believe it was with the vast majority of people. And, I think you stand alone in thinking there was an intent to mislead anyone.
