USBGF Members Ratify Tournament Rules

USBGF members have ratified the 2018 Tournament Rules with 81% voting in favor of adoption

I for one took the statement at face value and thought the other 19% either didn't vote or voted No. Perhaps if I thought about it more I would have realized that wasn't the case - but then again maybe not - so I appreciated Blll clarifying the actual vote.
