The majority, as history has shown us time and time again, can be very foolish at times.

This has been brought up before and I'll say it again, I am not suggesting anyone boycott any tournament. I hope every backgammon tournament has stellar attendance beyond my wildest dreams. When I say I won't be attending a tournament if rule X is in effect it's stating a fact. It is also a valid question that if a rule that was previously in use was in working order and changing it causes myself or other players not to attend tournaments with this new rule in place, is it worth changing? I've asked a few questions in these three exhaustion posts and as far as I can tell I've heard crickets for a valid response/explanation to them.

I have never been to a tournament where I didnt enjoy myself.

I have yet to skip a tournament because of a specific rule I didnt like.
