Question Regarding Streaming

Then we have rules that clearly do change the game [...] like [...] allowing [...] streaming or not...

Can you tell me how streaming changes the game? As I assume most know, there are no rules specific to streamed matches. All streamed matches are played under the same rules applicable to the tournament where the matches are being played.

I can only think of one case where a few extra minutes was allowed for players at the streaming tables to get started with their matches due to me having to get the broadcasts started prior to the start of match play.

Am I misunderstanding something?
