Streaming is not changing the game formally, but it is changing the game substantially. Apart from contributing in in a great way to studying and promoting the game, it gives a warning to possible foul players: beware, you are being recorded! A better way to study the game is bot recording, but streaming has the documenting and promotion advantage.
