USBGF and the rules business

There are no ilong term ntentions other than for a year from now. But certainly no more frequently than once per year. Given a brand new rule set, it seems essential to take stock of what is working and what is not and reassess and adjust. We also know that there were some proposals received from the public during the comment period that had merit but required further study and discussion.
