cheating and headphones

I'm not an expert but a quick internet search shows a number of "covert" mini receivers for around $150. It would be pretty easy, especially with streamed matched, to cheat with or without headphones (and I wouldn't be shocked to find out it's already occurred). Headphones may make it a little easier to avoid detection but don't really solve the problem. Not sure what does though, perhaps a 3 move delay on streamed matches - but then there are also covert cameras.
