Apart from siding with mamabear - and it seems with Stick - on the virtues of 13/7 6/5; between the two listed plays:

  • Both play 24/23 and 8/7 - at least as part of the play
  • Then I decide whether the remaining 5 pips are best spent by resplitting 23/18, or by bringing one more man down 13/8
  • I prefer the latter
