Could be a fun side event if you have enough women. Terribly unfair for any kind of main event or big money event.

I believe that descrimination against any minority is bad. However there is such a thing as reverse-descrimination where someone is infairly hurt simply because they don't happen to be a minority.

Hurting someone's chances because they happen to be a man or happen to be a woman is simply wrong. And if your limit men to only playing men to get to the finals, as it stands now, because there happen to be more men and because the average PR of the men is likely to be higher than the average PR of the women, the men are being victims of reverse-discrimination.
