So we conclude that in this particular case it's a Double/Optional Take or Pass at 18.75%. Since this is an exceptional case of last 2 rolls I think it can be explained the same way the fully Live equity is calculated starting from the far right of all possible re-cubes. On Redoubling to 4 both Live and Dead TPs are equal to 25% On Doubling to 2 the Live equals the Dead,reduced by the percentage of the Live at next Cube (by 25% i.e) 25%*(1-0.25)= 18.75%
