Women and men tournament brackets; meet in finals

In Response To: Women and men tournament brackets; meet in finals (Art Grater)

Being able to compete only against other 5 PR's in all rounds preceding the final would seem to far outweigh the certainty of meeting one of those 4's if they reached the final, particularly as they would probably have met a 4 there if it were a random draw.
