A new instructor is given access to all of our material, a recommended teaching outline, a curriculum for different levels of play; and suggestions and help to organize lessons. Then they are given one or two students andare required to record lessons and share them with Perry and me.

We offer suggestions and advice on teaching and once we are satisfied that they present the material and work well with the students, we accept them as full, certified trachers.

Every teacher has his own style, and we embrace that, but we so insist that lessons be fiven in a most organied fashion to ensure that the student is given all of the basics and material and is also trained on how to study and improve on his own.
