You touch the cube against me, in a friendly game, chouette, or match at any time, and you have doubled. That is the rule and I will enforce it.

Yes, if it is someone who is new to the game, or someone I am teaching, of or a novice player, I will be nice and cut him some slack the first time and make sure he knows the rule.

Everyone I play with for money, and everyone in the Open (or Intermediate) division of a tournament should know better, and if he forgets, that's too bad.
