Touch Move

If an opponent isstupid wnough to give a reaction to a possible move that is a tell, that's his peovlem. Its just as easy to give a false reation, which I see people doing in chouettes all the time.

In fact, I have seen players start to make horrible moves only to hear Carter mumble something like "nice move."

I have also seen players look at hitting only to hear Carter mention that there are a million return shots--of course the hit is right and Carter is trying to scare him out of the move.

I dont think there are specific rules against tells that are intentional or otherwise, but whether or not it is good sportsmanship is a matter of the norms in the particular game you are in.

Bottom line we cant make rules that protect everyone from others who make stupid coments or mistakes.

Lets go with move/move and allow touch/move and solve all the problems. I have yet to hesr a good argument against move/move.
