Or is Yahtzee seeping back in?

Maybe my resolution is too low, but I see three black checkers on his 6-point, three checkers on White's midpoint, and a blot on his 5-point. From the angle, I don't see where the remaining 8 checkers could even be. Assuming there are 4 on White's ace point and 4 on his own midpoint (an assumption that I'm not even sure we can make based on the angle) how did they get to that position?

I promise you they spent an absurd amount of money to make this commercial. Couldn't they at least get a PA to research a plausible position? Last I counted, there were at least dozens of them.
