I missed this post somehow the first time around, so thanks for the reboot.

I'd be very interested in hearing your suggestions in all of these areas. The NEBC here in Boston is keen on getting a little more 'pro-active' in growing the game in our area. We have a Facebook page that's never been used for anything but should be.

Since we are a monthly-tournament club, it would be useful to figure out ways to get the newer, less-fanatical players to be playing backgammon at home or in their own social circles, or online, more often, to maintain their level of engagement with the game between our own events.
