Posting Rollouts (Feedback welcome)

I'm not sure if or when this topic might have been discussed previously.

When someone posts a position, do you...

.....(a) expect,
.....(b) hope, or
.....(c) don't care

...that that person eventually follows up with a rollout?

For me, it's somewhere between (a) and (b). My preference is that s/he will post a rollout, but if not then at least s/he states something like, "I do not plan to follow up with a rollout." That way, if I'm interested enough I can invest my CPU time without risk of duplication.

Thanks in advance for sharing your opinion.
