Barry, are you referring to all (not just none or some) THIRD ROLL rollouts (as per my original question)? If so, it seems to me that your claim (or Phil's claim) may contradict what is explained at the link pointed out by Albert.

Which information is correct? And are Third Roll Master and Opening Ceremony unrelated programs? Can someone who owns the program(s) please clarify?
