OT- Credit Karma

I don't know anything about Credit Karma, but since I have a Capital One card I get their free credit monitoring service. I see the results every month when I pay my credit card online.

It might be better to have an independent service like Credit Karma. OTOH, since I'm an actual customer who generates income for Capital One they may be more vested in doing it right.

In any case, I'm too lazy to check my credit score as often as I should, and the Capital One service is in my face automatically every month. It works for me. YMMV.
