Re Mr Nacks variants I 'd like to provide some explanation:

regarding the first variant:If the opponent had normal cube efficiency then each +1% GWC would equal about +0.05 in equity. With zero cube efficiency though it's +0.08

Second variant: A very bad distribution leading to too much wastage. Opponent may win without hitting by rolling say 66s, 55s.
