Don't know this one, let me blunder ;)

White has 8 rolls position optimistically or something between 10 and 11 rolls pesimistically, so let's use 9.5 for about 68 epc.

Blue has reasonable wastage as gap numbers play mostly OK. I'd give him like 8 plus 3-4 for high deuce pt stack. Let's use 71.5.

It looks like he's a slight money favourite. No double.
