All I know about this is what I read in the NY Post.....

I suspect that if Rod is found not guilty his potential participation in BG tourneys will happen just like before. He participated in many events as a person of interest before his arrest. If found not guilty, he can and should resume his life. That is our system!

Any comparison to OJ case is ludicrous..... with OJ there was forensic evidence that tied him to the murder scene and the victims blood elsewhere where he had been. The jury believed that there was a possibility that because there was a suspicion about who found the infamous glove all other evidence was tainted. A fairly big leap to find him not guilty.

Even in the court of the NY Post. In Rod’s case it seems that all they have is motive, opportunity and some strange behavior. No physical evidence yet mentioned in the reports. Seems like a fairly big leap to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Anyway, that is my read as a conessuer (sp) of Law and Order shows and the like and also from one experience on a jury in a case with DNA evidence.
