Closed out on the bar with nine off is about 60% to win. That's with one checker closed out. Looks to me that unless white anchors she'll have two or three on the bar before long, and if she does anchor blue will play a trap play to force her off and probably pick up a second checker.

So, maybe white can eke out a take here but I'm not seeing it. And it can't be TG, so:
