Assuming you posted the problem incorrectly then yes, I Bagai for sure. As you posted it you wouldn't though because there's no upside, only downside, as you're supposed to cash the game next turn when missed and the opponent can play on when he hits making the second blot an actual liability. You have the cube in the center.
