Larsen-Silliman rating of U.S. players has been updated

The Larsen-Silliman ratings are derived from the USBGF data base on ABT tournaments entered by the USBGF Ratings Team of volunteers headed by Patrick Gibson. It includes all ABT drawsheets from 2009 on. Go to http://usbgf.org/ratings/elo/ and scroll down the list of players to get the count of unique entrants. 2017 Las Vegas Open and California State haven't been entered yet, but 2017 unique entrants before those tournaments were 892. Unique entrants are available for every year since 2009.
