I first jumped from my seat when I saw that one, but I guess it makes sense. We're behind, have a better board and opponent's position is dynamic, so bold plays, trying strong for containing/attacking her blot are thematic. That suggests 13/7 trying for a 5-prime.
Then, why 6/3 instead of 13/10 or 8/5 with the 3? Because it keeps best coverage and spare distribution and slots another vital point at a relatively low cost. Note that almost all hitting 2s are duplicated for White, except a [23]. But even if she gets it and hits, she faces quite a bunch of return shots while still being outboarded.
