GNUbg will not run on my Lenovo Thinkpad

I downloaded and installed the latest version of GNUbg. Upon opening, the program crashes. I can hear the first couple of notes from the opening audio and then an error.

I am running windows 7. I tried installing all three options (for older computers, etc.) but nothing works.
