Sticks GNU Settings

Stick, I just read an article in the April/May Flint Backgammon News by Phil Simborg about GNUBg and he says that "Stick took the time to change all of my settings to make sure I really used the program to it's optimum". Are those settings documented somewhere? Thanks for your help.
