I copied and paste this table years ago to learn for over the board play. Is this still accurate? Or has the latest bot findings altered this substantially?

This contains information about live and dead cube takepoints at different scores, and the gammonprices. As an example take the -4,-3 entry (you need 4 points, your opponent needs 3 points to win the match). It says: |21-35,44|.
If your opponent cubes you, you need 35% winningchances to take. But's if you don't take the value of cubeownership into consideration. If you do, and assume always perfect recubes, you only need 21% to win. Both the 21 and 35 is theoretical, and in practice your takepoint is somewhere in between.
The 44 is your gammonprice. It's how expensive it is for you to lose a gammon after you've accepted a cube. You should add 44% of your chances of losing gammon to your takepoint. The number you get is the % of total wins you need to take. If you have a chance of winning gammon, you should check out your opponents gammonprice and subtract the number you get from your takepoint.
