OT: NZ Green party wants to ban what?

The Green Party of New Zealand 'absolutely supportive' of a ban on dihydrogen monoxide.

After all, every serial killer known to man has used it regularly. Also, a very high percentage of heroin users and cocaine users consumed it regularly before they started using drugs. Finally, US airport security insists on preventing anyone from going past its checkpoints with this substance, so you know it must be really bad news! Despite all of this, George Dubya Bush refuses to sign any treaty banning it! He says it will harm our economy. Green Parties of the world unite! Ban dihydrogen monoxide now!
