Would many people take this?

Hi I was exploring a cube decision that I dropped as I just envisaged myself dancing or getting stuck behind a six prime if i did get on. If the black checker on the ace point was on the deuce then it's not a take. Can someone explain the thinking behind it being a take. Is it to do with Black not getting out from behind white and his board crunching and white getting a possible hit?

Then I was even more surprised that only Blacks Ace point free that this was still a take even though it would have been an incorrect double. I have soooo much to learn and not enough hours in the day.
