Would many people take this?

Hi I was exploring a cube decision that I dropped as I just envisaged myself dancing or getting stuck behind a six prime if i did get on. If the black checker on the ace point was on the deuce then it's not a take. Can someone explain the thinking behind it being a take. Is it to do with Black not getting out from behind white and his board crunching and white getting a possible hit?
White is Player 1

Blue is Player 2XGID=-a-BDBBCa-------baacbbb--B:1:-1:-1:00:1:3:0:11:10 Blue on roll, cube action?
Analyzed in XG Roller+ No redouble Redouble/Take Player Winning Chances: 71.28% (G:25.31% B:0.66%) 71.44% (G:24.97% B:0.65%) Opponent Winning Chances: 28.72% (G:4.98% B:0.35%) 28.56% (G:4.82% B:0.34%) Cubeless Equities +0.637 +1.152 Cubeful Equities No redouble: +0.776 (-0.027) Redouble/Take: +0.803 Redouble/Pass: +1.000 (+0.197) Best Cube action: Redouble / Take eXtreme Gammon Version: 2.10, MET: Kazaross XG2
Then I was even more surprised that only Blacks Ace point free that this was still a take even though it would have been an incorrect double. I have soooo much to learn and not enough hours in the day.
