What is the dress code for the Magriel banquet?

Probably a stupid question but I'm packing for the LA Open now and unsure on whether I should pack a shirt/tie/jacket, just a khakis and a nice polo shirt, or somewhere in between those options for the Magriel banquet on Saturday.

I probably will pack a shirt/tie regardless, but I couldn't find this in the brochure.
