New Baffle Box Rule Idea

In my doubles match against Kit last night, Kit said he really only had one problem with using the scrambler—sometimes a player misses the box and a die goes over the top or doesnt go through. Of course the roll doesnt count but there could be a disagreement as to whether on not the die did go through the box.

We resolved the problem. We agreed that even if a die fails to go through the box, as long as it lies flat on the proper part of the board, the roll stands.

It happened a few times (his partner and my partner were both baffle-challenged) and we had no problems.

I recommend that everyone adopt this rule as it could prevent some serious disagreements if someone has a particularly good or bad roll and people dont agree on whether the die went through or not.
