[Hyper 02] Counting positions

I don't think there can be more than 3 checkers on the bar at any point. This is going to eliminate a lot of positions with 4 and 5 checkers up. and even some with 3 up. I'm going to guess 98% but wouldn't be shocked if it's 89%.
